giveaway – handbound journals

August 15, 2012 by Lauren

Erin lives in Boston working as an amazing bookbinder. She just graduated from the North Bennet Street School. She’s married to my brother Jason, who is a science visualizer for the planetarium at the Museum of Science, Boston. (He’s a huge nerd/dork/trekkie so making graphics about space is perfect! Yes, he’d admit to being a huge dork. I think. Either way, he is.)

Erin just started her own blog, Flash of the Hand, which has daily glimpses into her life, info on awesome artists (Erin, how on earth do you find some of these amazing artists?!), and book binding things. I get her blog emailed to me every morning and love reading it. Jason is also the one who designed her website and our website… so thank him. Because currently you’re looking at and enjoying his design skills.

There’s two different journals we have to giveaway. The above one is AMAZING with this cute little ribbon you can tie, and these elementary school writing pages. I really want that one. But I will let one of you have it instead. Because I’m super generous. Ha.

Here’s the other one (equally as amazing! it was great quality un-lined paper inside)-

We have 5 different ways you can enter this giveaway. Please leave a SEPARATE comment for each entry… so if you do all 5, you should leave us 5 comments here! If you leave them all in one comment we will NOT count them as multiple… it gets too crazy with +100 comments!

-Option 1: In the right hand column, sign up for our newsletter OR to get each post emailed to you. Leave us a comment on this post saying you signed up. (already signed up? tell us!)

-Option 2: Leave a comment on one of our other posts! Then leave a comment here that you commented. Yes, I know, it’s silly.

-Option 3: Post a Pin to Pinterest about the giveaway, and then Post a Pleasing comment HERE that you Posted a Pin to Pinterest. (yes, I did all those P’s on Purpose.)

-Option 4: “Like” us on facebook! (already “liked” us? tell us!)

-Option 5: Go to Flash of the Hand! Look around and tell us your favorite post.

The giveaway officially ends August 29th, 2012  at 1:00pm central time.
the giveaway is over now! any new comments will not be in the running.

OH! and congrats to Jenna, Aliza, Joyce, & Kristen! They won our last giveaway. I’ll be emailing you shortly!
